Whole-Space Clearing
Garages, basements, attics, estates and rentals — cleared top to bottom in one trip.
Tell us what's going and we'll get back to you with pricing — usually within the hour.
No commitment. No card required.
A cleanout isn't a pickup. It's a room, a floor or a whole property that has to be emptied, sorted and hauled, usually under a deadline — a settlement date, a new tenant, a family member's move.
We bring the crew and the truck capacity to finish it in one visit, sort donatables out as we go, and leave the space swept. Baltimore County's free bulk collection takes three items twice a year, so it cannot touch a job like this.
The county collects bulk items twice a year, three items per collection, on a date it assigns you — and you have to carry everything to the curb yourself. It won't take pianos, pool tables, furnaces, tires, glass, anything over eight feet, or anything holding liquid, and the program only covers single-family homes and townhomes.
If you have more than three items, can't wait for your date, need it carried out of the house, or it's on the excluded list — that's us. See the full exclusion list.
