Drained, Cut Down, Gone
A hot tub isn't a pickup — it's a demolition job. We come equipped for it.
Tell us what's going and we'll get back to you with pricing — usually within the hour.
No commitment. No card required.
A dead hot tub is one of the hardest things to get rid of in Baltimore County. It's too heavy to move intact, too big for any bulk collection program, and often sits on a deck or behind a fence with no clear route out.
We drain it, disconnect the power, cut it into manageable sections on site, carry it out and haul everything away — including the pad debris and surround if you want those gone too.
The county collects bulk items twice a year, three items per collection, on a date it assigns you — and you have to carry everything to the curb yourself. It won't take pianos, pool tables, furnaces, tires, glass, anything over eight feet, or anything holding liquid, and the program only covers single-family homes and townhomes.
If you have more than three items, can't wait for your date, need it carried out of the house, or it's on the excluded list — that's us. See the full exclusion list.
| Job | What it covers | Starting at |
|---|---|---|
| Standard hot tub | Accessible, drained, cut down and hauled | $400 |
| Difficult access | Deck-mounted, fenced or elevated | Quoted on site |
| Above-ground pool | Priced by size | Quoted on site |
Prices are starting points and depend on volume, weight and access. You get a firm number before we start.
Usually not — we disconnect at the panel-side disconnect. If it's hard-wired unusually, we'll tell you before the day.
Yes. That's why we cut it down on site rather than trying to move it whole.
