For Contractors And Renovators
Job-site cleanup that shows up when you call, not when a dumpster company has an opening.
Tell us what's going and we'll get back to you with pricing — usually within the hour.
No commitment. No card required.
A roll-off takes up a parking space, needs a permit on many Baltimore County streets, and sits there whether it's full or not. For a lot of jobs it's the wrong tool — especially mid-renovation, when the debris arrives in bursts.
We come when the pile exists, load it by hand, and go. Contractors who work in the county regularly can set up a standing arrangement and skip the quoting each time.
The county collects bulk items twice a year, three items per collection, on a date it assigns you — and you have to carry everything to the curb yourself. It won't take pianos, pool tables, furnaces, tires, glass, anything over eight feet, or anything holding liquid, and the program only covers single-family homes and townhomes.
If you have more than three items, can't wait for your date, need it carried out of the house, or it's on the excluded list — that's us. See the full exclusion list.

Yes. If you're working in Baltimore County regularly, ask about a standing arrangement.
For a long, continuous job a dumpster often wins. For phased work, tight driveways or permit-restricted streets, hand-loading is faster and cheaper overall.
