No commitment. No card required.

Most demolition contractors knock it down and leave you to arrange a dumpster for the debris. We do both, which means one crew, one price, and no roll-off sitting in your driveway for a week.

Sheds, decks, fencing, concrete pads, above-ground pools and interior tear-outs for renovations are all in scope. Larger structural work isn't — we'll tell you straight if a job needs a licensed structural contractor instead.

What's Included

  • Shed demolition and removal
  • Deck, porch and pergola tear-down
  • Fencing removal
  • Interior demolition — walls, flooring, cabinetry, bathrooms
  • Concrete, brick and patio removal
  • Above-ground pool and hot tub removal
  • All debris hauled — no separate dumpster rental
  • Site swept on completion

What Baltimore County Will and Won't Take

The county collects bulk items twice a year, three items per collection, on a date it assigns you — and you have to carry everything to the curb yourself. It won't take pianos, pool tables, furnaces, tires, glass, anything over eight feet, or anything holding liquid, and the program only covers single-family homes and townhomes.

If you have more than three items, can't wait for your date, need it carried out of the house, or it's on the excluded list — that's us. See the full exclusion list.

Frequently Asked Questions

Some demolition work in Baltimore County requires a permit. We'll tell you when a job does and what's involved before we schedule it.

No. That's the point — the debris leaves with us.

Detached garages, sometimes. Full structures are outside what we do; that needs a licensed structural demolition contractor and we'll say so rather than take the job.

We don't handle it. Older Baltimore County homes can have asbestos in flooring, insulation and siding — that requires a licensed abatement contractor first.
