What Changes The Price

  • Volume. The main factor — how much truck space it fills.
  • Weight. Concrete, tile, dirt and roofing are charged by tonnage at the transfer station, so heavy loads cost more than bulky light ones.
  • Access. Third-floor walk-ups and long carries take longer.
  • Special handling. Refrigerant recovery and tire disposal carry their own fees.

What's Always Included

  • All labor and carrying — from inside the property, not just the curb
  • Loading and hauling
  • Disposal and recycling fees
  • Sweep-up of the cleared area
  • A firm quote before we start, with no obligation

What Baltimore County Will and Won't Take

The county collects bulk items twice a year, three items per collection, on a date it assigns you — and you have to carry everything to the curb yourself. It won't take pianos, pool tables, furnaces, tires, glass, anything over eight feet, or anything holding liquid, and the program only covers single-family homes and townhomes.

If you have more than three items, can't wait for your date, need it carried out of the house, or it's on the excluded list — that's us. See the full exclusion list.
