Most junk removal companies expect the pile to be at the curb when they arrive. We don't. Our crew goes into the garage, the basement, the back bedroom or the third-floor walk-up, carries it out, loads it, and sweeps up behind us.
You get a firm price before anything moves. No hourly meter, no surprise fees added once the truck is loaded, and no charge if you decide the number doesn't work for you.
The county collects bulk items twice a year, three items per collection, on a date it assigns you — and you have to carry everything to the curb yourself. It won't take pianos, pool tables, furnaces, tires, glass, anything over eight feet, or anything holding liquid, and the program only covers single-family homes and townhomes.
